VOLUNTEERing

Lend a Hand, Touch a Heart

We have thousands of residents and team members, along with countless community volunteers, who build friendships, learn from one another and find purpose in being part of a story more than 75 years in the making. It’s a simple effort that positively impacts you and our communities.

We offer many ways to share a passion, talent or skill to support the residents of Pinnacle Living communities. Here are a few general volunteer opportunities:

  • Special events
  • Weekly worship speaker (clergy and lay)
  • Provide instrumental music or singing during worship services
  • Offer intergenerational activities and events
  • Lead a book club or discussion group
  • Assist residents with writing cards, notes and letters
  • Offer workshops and classes on a variety of topics
  • Lead a weekly Bible study or prayer group
  • Offer friendly visits to residents without family nearby
  • Facilitate activities on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
  • Read mail, books and newspapers to and with residents
  • Lead arts and crafts for special events and holidays
  • Write generic notes to residents (birthdays, holidays, etc.)

Do you need extra hands for service opportunities or participants in Older Adult Ministry events? Residents of Pinnacle Living communities are ready to partner with your local church.‍
